Like the entirety of the G.U. series, the gameplay is stiff and gets repetitive quickly, but the world-building, the characters, the storytelling... Those are incredible. One of the best rpgs for story.

One of my best gaming childhood memories. Unfortunately, it hasn't aged well. The gameplay is too basic and the VA is not great, but the story and world they created are truly memorable. Excellent world-building, which I think is most important for an RPG.

Incredible idea for a game, but the developers clearly don't play their own game. Balance is always off with no plans to correct it. Extremely frustrating, very toxic playerbase, but somehow, when it hits just right, it's an incredible game.

Rough launch, but they've turned it into a masterpiece. Real labor of love. Highly recommend.

Played beta and some of it after release. Was aight.

It's a fine game. Basic gameplay loop. Not much to it, but highly moddable. A good time with friends, but it gets boring quick.

Similar to Sky 3rd in that it shows scenes of what happens between games and starts to set up for future entries. The big difference between the two games is that this one has a much stronger story for what is going on in the moment in addition to the flashback scenes.

Very Avengers Endgame-esque story, same trails combat system you've come to expect.

Great RPG. Every game improves on the gameplay, though compared to previous entries, the story is kind of slow. Great new additions to the roster with fleshed-out characters.

Essentially just an expansion for the previous entry. Still solid, still great story-telling.

Good game with a cool twist. Turn-based gameplay is solid, though a little too simple.

Basically the same gameplay as the previous entry, but with the twist of mechs. A very unexpected turn for the franchise that took some getting used to.
