The game is kind of shit but the music is good.

Cheat on your long-time girlfriend, turn into a sheep, climb blocks, and go to space.

I'm a huge fan of games that commit to a central gimmick, and Astral Chain manages to work controlling your Legion into everything from combat and platforming to eavesdropping on petty criminals and stopping runaway thieves. Yeah the scoring system is kind of broken since you can just cycle through all your Legions' unique abilities and get a max rank without really trying, but it's still a really fun game and one of my favorite Switch exclusives.

I've played through this game like five times and I still die to the QTEs 10/10.

Generally easier than Bayonetta 1 and the multiplayer mode is kind of weird, but you can play as Rodin in it. That's all that really matters.

I miss being able to equip two weapons to Bayonetta like you could in 1 and 2, but the individual weapons are a little more fleshed out because they all use two buttons now. The Demon Slave is pretty clearly a spin on Astral Chain's Legion mechanics, but it adds a lot of variety to the game and it feels great to weave normal and demon attacks into a massive combo. My only real complaint is that Viola's Witch Time is kind of bad, but if you use the Evil Harvest Rosary on her she suddenly has a super reliable counter. I'm pretty sure this wouldn't work on her two Witch Time challenges, but in normal gameplay it makes her way more enjoyable.

It's like 50% Darkstalkers, but it's still a good collection. Also Super Gem Fighter Mini Mix is Capcom's best game.

A pretty simple game, but it plays with perspective in a really neat way. I've never played the 3DS version but I imagine that would be really cool to see with the 3D turned on.

I literally just bought this game for Koi-Koi.

Has a weirdly in-depth character customization for a game that encourages you to become a transhumanist mass of cybernetic augmentations.

The world kind of reminds me of Metroid Prime, if all the upgrades were different versions of the space jump and every room was way too big.

I softlocked myself by dodging through an invisible wall while fighting a crossdresser inside a clock tower and I'd have to replay the whole game to actually finish it. That statement sums up most of my time with the game TBH.

Are Prinnies the minions of SRPGs?

Goku learning how to drive was fun, but the fishing minigame left a lot to be desired.

It's not quite as good as DQs V or VII, but the world is fun to explore and it's the best depiction of Akira Toriyama's art in 3D that's ever been done.
