A rather lengthy arcade mode that takes 45 to 50 minutes to clear compare to other arcade games which average between 20 to 30 minutes.

Unfortunately, the game saves your current score after continuing rather than resetting to zero. This resulted an unsatisfied clear, plus the online leaderboards lets your score submitted despite continuing.

I'll try another 1CC attempt later. Oh, and if you want to earn the achievement asking you to 'beat the arcade mode 30 times', then it takes 25 hours (1,500 minutes) to grind it. Yikes! Although you can finish it on any difficulty.

Still, I had fun playing that mode. I was just being dumb on certain stage where I either didn't pay attention or took an unnecessary hit.

And what's weird is, the staff credits has an ending theme song! Not to mention, you can move your character and fire the harpoon to latch on portrait, and hold it to reveal the credits.

I tried this game on Linux while playing on hard mode and it's a same problem I had with Windows OS. Yet, I beaten the game again on normal mode. No known fixes found. ●●●● this game.

I only do grinding and a few skill based achievements as of now. I tried my best on attempting to beat the game with five Kurses only, but it end up making a euroshmup BS game design type of modifiers at best, resulting the game to be impossible to beat. The bullet visibility of revenge bullets is very hard to notice especially when doing close kills. So annoying. 😡
