This game is the definition of mid.

I am not the biggest Harry Potter fan but I usually enjoyed the games, especially the games about the first 3 movies. This game did not meet my exceptions at all.

The story is very basic (evil bad goblin goes ham) and the pacing is very bad. While the trials are fun, all the other dungeons are not. The characters in the story are all very basic, the only cool one is Professor Black.

Now my biggest flaw with this game... the combat. Yes, you have a lot of spells. but most of the time you are just spamming R2 while trying to do "combos". It is fun in the beginning but later on it is very tedious.

Also this game is supposed to be a RPG. Yeah well no, it does have some RPG elements but I can't decide about anything. Not even the house matters. It's the biggest waste, give me a PERSONALITY, give the houses a personality. Where is the rivalry? There is none.

Also this world has way too many collectables and side quests. Not really worth doing any of them cause the characters are so boring.

This game could have been so much better.

Cute little puzzles, I was very invested in the story and surprised by the twists.

gosh this series is amazing. Suda, your story-telling is great, especially the focus on the moon and music. The gameplay is so fluent and the fights are so much fun. While it's not as scary as the other ones, the atmosphere is still something special. Kirishima is very op. x)

The same as the prequel with additional gym fights that add some content. Minigames are fun, probably the best part.

Anime: The Game. It's basically just an interactive anime with all the tropes you can think off. So many QTEs but it's somehow very fun. The combat is very basic. Music is epic. Story is told in episodes, really enjoyable. I wish the "true" ending wasn't locked behind DLC.

Haven't done all songs yet but the new remixes are really cool. I wish some very famous songs were not behind a paywall. The RPG mechanics feel very unnecessary. Other than that, it's very challenging and it reminds me how awesome the OST is.

I played it back then with my original Pokémon blue copy and it was fun. I replayed it today and actually noticed that there is nothing besides fighting. The rental Pokémon are cool but their move sets are awful. The minigames are a lot of fun. I just think there is no point in going back to this games besides playing the mini games.

Great aesthetics are being hold back by jumping around in sewers. I think the characters are great and so is the voice acting but the story is kinda a mess. I wish the combat had more depth, it's fun in the beginning but repetitive later on.

It was actually not that bad. The game has bangers, the first few zones are fun. Unfortunately the camera angle is shit, sometimes you miss jumps. Better than pinball for sure. Losing all the animals is annoying as fuck.

How do you deal with grief? A very hard question. All the character interaction are fun. The house creeps me out. The whole dream idea is really cool and works well. Final boss sucks ass, I think the game is too long. Miku <3

Quite challenging later on, I like that it gives you the opportunity to use items to make it easier. Final boss is quite a cool idea.

what an awful game, the mechanics literally do not work

Cool gimmick boss fights, the final boss is annoying though. The Scarecrow parts are my favorite, especially the third one. Exploring the asylum is fun and there is much to see. A lof of easter eggs. Combat is a bit whack.

Wow, where to start...

Fatal Frame 2 is superior in every aspect compared to its predecessor. The story is very intriguing and its ending is very heartbreaking. The song that plays during the ending... Tsukiko Amano is such a great voice.

The gameplay is improved, the camera mechanics too. The ghosts are quite scary. Unfortunately I think the boss fights are annoying, especially the Twin fight, it just takes ages.

This game is also very scary. The atmosphere is AMAZING but I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. The ghosts look very detailed and the jump scares got me.

Overall I prefer it over the first game, can't wait to see what the third game offers!
