Dusk Diver by all accounts is considered an Action RPG and comes straight out of South Korea, so it'd fit!

Yeah some have fan patches like arcturus but most don’t which is a shame. Anyways thanks for telling me about dusk diver I’ll add it, my source only covers older games so I’m a bit in the dark on newer releases so really appreciate it!

After doing some research it turns out dusk diver is actually a taiwanese rpg (which was confusing at first because the name on steam has japanese in it...)
