A classic Ratchet and Clank game in structure, story, and combat with incredible movement mechanics about half way through. Looks shockingly good as well.

Worth playing the New Game + as well!

Great multiplayer game that has never failed to be fun. Weird economy on the edges of this game, but it is truly ignorable.

It's probably my favorite game of the generation.

Campy, fun, more Alan Wake. Holds up surprisingly well, feels better to play than original game for whatever reason. Excellent soundtrack!

Not quite as good as foundation, but fun and, hey, it's more control!

All timer kind of story and set dressing for a game held back from perfection mechanically. Remedy really begins to get better at gameplay over time, but this shows they have been master story tellers for a really long time.

Incredible looking game that has enough in it for those not interested in hardcore flight but rather the technology running it. Pretty peaceful if you approach it casually.

It's not revolutionary but it is exhilarating nevertheless. Flat out fun and pretty.

A very well graphically designed game that has some stumbles as well as victories. First and last third of the game are very good with a middle that just contrasts subject matter with a bit too much jank in the gameplay. Overall though, I recommend it for some people to play. Truly consider the content warning in the beginning because it is very serious.

Stunning game in basically all ways other than actual gameplay, which is still not bad. Play Alan Wake 1 and the Control DLC before diving in though

Fun game with a story progression method I didn't always enjoy (beat X challenges to progress). However, the progression makes you get better at playing the game so I think it's ultimately a good choice. Story had interesting and dystopian notes that I potentially wish were pushed a bit more into the foreground.

This is one of the best 3d sonic games, but I think I may just not like 3d Sonic games as much as I thought. Either it feels like you are on rails or kind of sloppy. However, this game is well made and has a good amount of style.

A really mechanically sound game with some weird difficulty peaks and valleys. I wouldn't be surprised if the unevenness of the game in that sense was of my own doing. Art and animation is quite good, really like the set up of two playable unique stories in the same setting with shared mechanics. Boss battles are the highlight here as well, so if you don't like boss rush style games, I wouldn't recommend this.

It's Pinocchio Souls! But it's done so well, lovingly to both Pinocchio and the Souls genre. Runs great, fantastic music, looks hauntingly good, and is plain fun. Recommended to anyone who likes action RPGs.

A game about speed that feels miles better than most Sonic games. Is a twin stick shooter though, so different thing all together. Looks great, music is really frenetic, and has a pretty good progression.
