You got filtered and there's no salvaging that, but I want to point out that the "earrape" in the Tails and Eggman levels is because the PC port is scuffed as fuck. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xzR3KID2PD0 This fixes the sfx issues, I wouldn't recommend the PC port without significant amounts of mods to unfuck it. At least it's better than SADX doe :^)
No bro, I played the Dreamcast version using ReDream. It's a mess of tinnitus-inducing EEEEEEEE there too. There's no saving this game, I can't help but be filtered by a trash game.
