As weird as the rice ads are, this is probably the best version of Mario Bros. I've played so far. If you like the clunkier and more restricted air physics of the original for the challenge, I guess I wouldn't really blame you..?
That being said, I definitely prefer how this version controls by a country mile, and the fact you have far superior air control let's you climb the level far easier. Still not anything mind blowing, though, but worth dicking around in for like 30 mins to an hour. Managed to get to like round 17 between two separate runs before calling it quits.

Started out pretty okay but lost steam pretty quickly near the end. There is almost something interesting with the abusive relationship the two siblings have but I can't really say it goes anywhere. The weird incestuous undertones were also really fucking weird. I can't say it's very interesting mechanically either as it's mostly some very bog standard RPG Maker adventure game puzzles with the rare choices here and there.

I could go on but the gist of my feelings is that I'm just not into it at all, really.
