Easily one of my favorite 3D platforms ever! Despite all the memes, technical hiccups and Mad Space, Sonic Adventure 2 is still easily a top 3 Sonic game with some of the best music, stages and moments of the entire franchise and I'm grateful that I played it again after so long

A very strong start to one of my favorite gaming franchises. A fantastic map with challenging but satisfying combat that kept me engaged until the very end which is easily the weakest part

A vast improvement over its predecessor with even better powers, world and especially traversel but at the cost of a good story with meaningful choices
