This game really improves on the previous games, the gameplay of Copen is really a great addition to the game.
I tried to enjoy the more action directed side scrolling gameplay of the series, but i don't know.
I fell like the i am just walking shotting, killing and repeat the same process over and over again until i reach the final boss, this don't change at all when i try to get a S or S+ Rank. Sure, the challenge of getting it is somewhat fun (Except when your kudos mode are in fearless, you have to laterally do a no hit run of the entire fucking level).
The story... the story of this game... i gonna be honest, it's not terrible but is also not great, like the stories of the megaman franchise itself. Certainly it's have great ideas and sometimes great execution, but some times they literraly put out the writing from their asses, BECAUSE HOLY SHIT, for Copen to literally have no character development AT ALL from start to the end of the game, he literally remains the same, he begins the story somewhat racist and he becomes U L T R A R A C I S T. Like bro? You sister was literally a septima what the fuck are doing and saying, like, she's not even dead at the end of the story.
Also what are the writes thing with dead childrens becoming an idol and be related to septima and bring peoples from the dead?
Like what the actual fuck?

I gonna be honest, the way you approach this game really change your view with it.

In a more casual run, not minding too much about avoiding attacks and acquiring points. It's a pretty easy and somewhat boring game, most of the time you can just ignore the enemies for the whole level, and when you get to the final boss, it's like a piece of cake, mainly because of the resurrection system that make you almost busted on the fight. But then on the two Final Bosses, out of nowhere the game spikes on it's difficulty.
For me it's really clear that the game health and death system don't punish you enough to play the game properly, for a more a casual player. It's visible as well how the game is more action focused more than platforming focused.

But if you do a S+ Rank Run? Good Luck Pal, you gonna need it, you have to literally avoid everything, and to do "Don't Care + Didn't Ask + You Fell Off + Unfollowed Sadly + Ratio" on the bosses.

The story is kinda mid.

Megaman Zero 1 - The beginning of all, has some solid gameplay, but a quirky level design.

Megaman Zero 2 - Has some improvements on it, doing s ranks is much more enjoyable.

Megaman Zero 3 - The peak of this style of Megaman, has a really fun combo system and good level design. For me it's the peak of the story of this franchise, since Omega exists, he has many weight and symbolic meaning to it's character.

Megaman Zero 4 - Literally the end, Zero fucking died LMAO
