I shouldn't have used this game as an introduction to the "Serious Sam" games. I don't know what I was thinking.

Anyway, Serious Sam Advance is... painful to watch... and to play...

(I didn't know that this game came before Lego Batman ;-;)

Lego Indiana Jones is a game that surprised me a lot. The hand-to-hand combat isn't as polished as in Lego Batman, but it has aspects that truly make it unique, such as the ability to pick up anything from the ground and use it as a weapon.

Something I really liked is that compared to "Complete Saga" and "Lego Batman", Lego Indiana Jones doesn't have driving levels, which is quite a relief because those levels tend to be some of the worst due to how annoying they are. Moreover, the rewards for collecting everything are definitely worth it. They don't just give you a silly re-skin, but rather a character that actually feels special, and they even grant you a secret level.

On the other hand, the game is quite easy, even when compared to other Lego video games. Completing it 100% is so easy that for some levels, you don't even need to have all the characters to obtain all the "treasures."

All in all, Lego Indiana Jones is a fun game, and it's also the second-best classic Lego game.

After having played the PS1 games, I really enjoyed this Spiderman video game, although it has some really dumb things. Who came up with the idea of the bomb level in the city? IT'S AWFUL! Also, how is it possible that grabbing a combo by mistake makes you replay it for a second time to get 100%?

Anyway, it's "ok".

Thankfully, they removed the "studs" bar from the free play mode, as well as the blue "minikits." They were a nightmare in "Lego Star Wars 2" and "Complete Saga."

Now, Lego Batman is a fun game, but at times it becomes quite repetitive, especially in the "villains" levels, which can be quite lengthy. Furthermore, compared to "The Complete Saga," Lego Batman has a rather short character roster, and most of them, including the "secrets" you unlock at 100%, are just re-skins. Interestingly, the DS version has more characters.

In the end, Lego Batman remains an entertaining game and the best among the classic Lego video games.

Better than "Arena" but still filled with terribly tedious things.

Certainly didn't age well at all. Completing this game was dreadful.

This game is a true masterpiece of its time. The gameplay is incredibly fun, and the story, although it weakens after a certain point, is very well executed, and the ending truly leaves you devastated.

This game is a nightmare. Anything kills you, and getting all the spatulas drives you insane; besides, it's terribly short.
