Bio
An archive of some of the games I've played across the years! Not to be taken too seriously.

[Rating System]

5: Among the most important games I've ever played. Reserved for experiences that I've found memorable for weeks after I've played them.

4/4.5: An incredible experience that I'd recommend to many people for some reason or another - and something I'd likely return to in the future.

3/3.5: Just a fairly enjoyable game! Things I may recommend to people who are fans of the genre, but may not come back to myself.

2/2.5: I mean... it's a game! And I didn't actively dislike it! It just didn't put a lot on the table from my perspective, and there's usually nothing wrong with that.

1/1.5: A game that's not for me, and one I struggle seeing the values others might see in it. Games usually won't end up here if clear passion was involved in the output.

0.5: Reserved exclusively for games that are actively harmful to their players in some form. A rating I hope to avoid using often...

Say all you want about Chess videogames - this one was actually goated. Who knew that all it took to get people interested in learning Chess was teaching key fundamentals through a variety of minigames?

To this day, Tetris DS stands as one of my favourite official games in the series. From the visual charm to the variety of gamemodes (of which, all teach different practical skills for further play), it's a very important part of Modern Tetris history, in my opinion.

Listen. It's Tetris. You can't really go wrong far with it. But even just compared to Tetris DS, the game that directly precedes this, it's so feature-thin. For a Tetris game literally called "ULTIMATE", I can't see any reason to play this game over any other in the series.
