100% completion of it later, and yeah its good but it's still pretty simple at the end of the day. i am glad it follows up on what happened to the high entia more though that was something I was really interested in after I finished the main game so that felt good to see

best mario story, not as funny as other mario rpgs though but the narrative makes up for it. gameplay is fun and there was clear untapped potential in it to be expanded opun. would have been better to improve on this atleast than than do what the next 3 games did instead being gimmicky dogshit

story was fun, game is still fun, creating levels is less satisfiying. funny that one of the best gamepad utilizations is basically just as a ds bottom screen touchscreen

i love actually everything about this game.

100% the best special weapons in the classic series, fun levels but the game honestly has like more BS moments than the games it's trying to imitate which i thought was a little frustrating but aside from that definitely a solid mega man title

i think literally every single aspect of this game has quite a noticable amount of improvement possible to be made. not sure how long the game was in dev time for, but basically everything feels half-baked

still mechanically plays like pokemon though so its not un-fun i guess plus some great new designs so it's fine
