A week after finishing the game and 30+ hours of grinding and completing all of the missing Trophies, I've finally got the platinum trophy!
This has to be the game Which I've spend the most time grinding in my entire life, the true millennial tower is no joke! You'll get one shooted by almost all enemies and if you're not at least lvl.99 and any job +lvl.90 you will not survive even the first encounter in the tower.
Besides all of that this is a phenomenal game, Which I hold it deeply in my heart. 10/10 recommend playing it (You won't have to grind that much if you're not playing for platinum).
Obs: After consulting the PS APP apparently it was 95 hours total, so it was +-55 hours on premium adventure not 30.

Great game with and excellent story with good characters, I really loved this game and I hope Yakuza 8 surpasses this game. Though I feel that sometimes this game can be a little to grindy or has a difficulty spike all of a sudden (but it happens close to the end of the game like the 3 final chapters when you fight some old friends).
