Eh, it was decent, the first six zones are the best the game has to offer, after that the levels go from alright to mediocre. The bosses are probably the worst part of the game, the bosses are longer than most 2D Sonic bosses which isn't a bad thing but my GOD they're tedious as HELL! And the final boss for boss for the main story drags on and on and on and if you die, you have to start the boss all over again. And then you finish the main story mode and you're like "Hey, where's the Super Sonic boss fight?" well, after beating story mode, you unlock a new mode called "Trip's Story" where you get to play the game again but you're playing as a new character named "Trip" but this time, the levels are more harder and punishing. This is fine, however, if you want to play the Super Sonic boss fight, you have to beat Trip's Story and the final boss for Trip is so goddamn ANNOYING and TEDIOUS! It has the same problems as the other final boss but MUCH WORSE! After you beat the boss, trust me, you'll never wanna see Fang ever agian (oh yeah, uh just for some context, Fang the Sniper is back in this game now which is pretty cool. Or uh I guess he's Fang the Hunter now? I don't know.) And now the Super Sonic boss fight! It's fine, it's kinda hard but MUCH easier than the Fang boss fight. And you're fighting a dragon now and theres no context on where the dragon came from. Overall, it's a pretty decent game, 6/10.
