Just so you know, this is review is coming from someone who played XC2 first. So going in I already had pretty large expectations from what the community has said. And you know what? It lived up to every single one of them for me. The story was absolutely better than XC2's, with so many twists and turns that always got me to keep playing to find out what happened next. The characters are amazing too, with some of my favorites being Reyn, Alvis, Melia, and Egil. Riki is so much better than Tora it's not even funny. Not only that, but it also has an amazing soundtrack. Guar Plains, A Tragic Decision, Engage the Enemy, You Will Know Our Names, Riki's theme, Beyond the Sky, Mechanical Rhythm, An Obstacle in Our Path, and many others are absolutely amazing. Out of the games I've played, I think the Xenoblade OSTs usually tower above the rest. The one gripe I have is that sometimes the gameplay can get extremely repetitive. A good amount of the game is spent topple locking enemies, and struggling for ages to kill opponents that are immune to topple and break. However, it was also pretty fun at times and it was hilarious how much you could cheese some fights. This game gets a Better than Wii Play out of 10

This is probably my least favorite smash game. The gameplay is okay, but the engine doesn't feel nearly as fun as Melee or Ultimate's. The visuals feel super generic too, and a lot of the renders feel lifeless compared to the other games. I do like the game a bit, and it's pretty fun with mods. But compared to the other games I feel like it'll be forgotten pretty easily

Persona 2 is easily the best Persona game. (in my opinion, at least)
It's made a huge impact on me, and even influenced what I went by on twitter for a while.
The story is the best in the entire series, there's no doubt about it. The characters all go through well written story arcs and they never feel rushed. One of my problems with the newer persona games is the social links system, which I feel makes the story much worse overall. P2 doesn't have these, which I am so happy about. Another thing I like is the LGBTQ+ representation in the game. It's astounding how a ps1 game has more progressive characters than the newer entries. The soundtrack is really good too, which I was honestly kind of surprised by when I first played the game. The graphics are somewhat dated, but have a charm to them. Nowadays I'd even say it looks better to look at than 3 and 4. Gameplay is probably my least favorite part, but even then it's still pretty good. Only real issue I have is how you get new personas. However, you can beat the game with your starting personas surprisingly easily. The ending is incredible, with a twist that I never expected. Definitely a 10/10 for me.

Porting a game like Jenga on a handheld device like the DS.. is a interesting move. It doesn’t quite work out though. It’s extremely limited, playing others level is harder than even making levels. It’s just a mess. However, when it does work, it’s a fantastic port and for what they did considering this was a handheld device, it was well made. That's why my rating for this game is a pyt/10

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is one of my favorite games ever. I have some problems with it, but they're so minor that there's not much to say about them. The soundtrack is probably the best I've ever heard. Songs like Tantal (both day and night versions), Bringer of Chaos, and Drifting Souls are some of the major standouts. The cast is outstanding, with very few misses. The only main character I didn't care for was Tora, and even he had some charm. Zeke was definitely my favorite. The gameplay is unique, so I can definitely understand why some people wouldn't like it. For me though, it felt so fun to let chain attacks rip and absolutely demolish enemies. The amount of customization options you have is incredible, to where multiple playthroughs can always be different. It definitely has a lot of replay value. The story is lacking at some points, and absolutely fantastic at others. It's one of the few games which endings can make me cry. It's a 10/10 game for me and I couldn't recommend it enough.
