my thumbs are sore and i think i died once even writing this review

playing this solo was a grind, but around level 25 i was all in.

first borderlands game i didn't really enjoy playing.

i wish i played this 10 years earlier, because sneaky killing and parkouring around are two of my favorites activities in video games.

i think i have a slight OCD when playing video games, because i like to play trilogies or games with sequels. this also presents a frequent problem of enjoying the second game a bit more, only because i know what i'm doing. or maybe i just love crossbows in video games. parkouring and sneaking around with a crossbow. just. never. disappoints.

2016

abzulutely horrendous controls, but gorgeous visuals. one of those short and sweet kind of games like Journey

the only reason i'm rating this lower than II and Brotherhood is that stupid den defending minigame.

gonna name my firstborn Ezio solely because of this trilogy.

Batman? more like Beat-'em-up-man.

introduces one of the worst batman villains - the remote control batarang.
also didn't realize how similar catwomans movements were to spider-mans. my mind was kinda blown.
but yeah, best of the "trilogy"
(might keep playing only to see catwoman do some finishing moves again)

my return to Arkham was as enjoyable as seeing Batman fly around Gotham or Catwoman use her whip.

the first time i played - hated it. watched some videos on youtube and it kinda helped? finished the first level and now i'm back hating it.
maybe these arcade-style beat 'em ups just ain't my thing, but my god does the soundtrack rule. the only reason why i might pick it up again.

YAKUZA 0 NOTES, JUST MEN FIGHTING MEN AND SOMETIMES BEFORE THEY FIGHT EACH OTHER, THEY ALSO GO TOPLESS AND SHOW OFF THEIR TATTOOS.
didn't really play side missions, but the ones i played were super weird and fun and my second playtrough starts right now.
