I really hate taking long breaks from these kind of games. My muscle memory always fails me. At Laxasia and have gotten to her second phase many times, nearly took her out a few times but decided to stop for the day and come back fresh tomorrow.

10/5: Dropping this for the time being. I need more consecutive play sessions to really get into the flow for getting past the wall I’m at and don’t have the time right now.

Beat those fucking wabbits once and for all. First try, too. Took out the hound treasure hunter in favor of Hugo and found out about a terrible betrayal that, really, it makes sense that would be the actual person behind it.

Got to the Door Guard, got stomped twice, also got a lore dump.

Another productive day getting to chapter IX and think I’m closing in on finishing some character story lines.

Made it to Ch X and stuck on the Brotherhood pt 2 fight. Very difficult, but also after playing for 8 hours straight my mind needs a break.

Made a lot of progress, beat King of Puppets, maybe half way through the game.

Scooted around Moonlight Town and it is a fucking nightmare. Got my ass handed to me many times by pitchfork freaks.

Gotten through Act 3, really rolling through this game. Reminding me a lot of my first time playing Dark Souls which is a huge praise.

Got to the first boss and got my was stomped again. Picked up the remaining starter equipment and working to practice blocking.
