I can play Metroid Dread for ten minutes tops before my anxiety blows through the roof and I have to stop, take a break, do some yoga, walk the dog, embark on a vision quest to find my inner strength, and come back a few days later for more. It's perfect.

Turns out I'm too stupid to play games like this, but I had fun; bashing my face against a wall in frustration not withstanding. I also enjoyed the story.

GOTY, can't play as a walking soda machine agent of chaos in any other game.
