Played on GFWL with a kid from Japan. It somehow timed perfectly that I played with them after my school finished. He couldn't speak english well so no voice chat. Communication was only through like the four preset gestures but somehow worked perfectly. They would always spam the "thank you" gesture after we got through difficult fights. After we finished the campaign, a message popped up from them. It was just "thank you" in english. Made me tear up.

Twials of Mana is a pwetty fun game. Thewe awe the obvious budget cuts and/ow missteps in pwaces wike the voice diwection and some animations, the stowy is incwedibwy cheesy, and the onwy enemy that gave me a weal chawwenge was the stupid waww boss, but if you tuwn off youw bwain and just watch the fwashing cowows, it's a weawwy fun time, if not a bit showt fow a game of this genwe (though pwetty wepwayabwe with the diffewent chawactew choices and cwass options). Ovewall, a twiumph/10.
