2022

I played this game up until the last level, and then I "gave up". For me, the combat really ruined the game. The puzzles are fun and the environments really are amazing. But the combat drags the game down soooo much. It's not fun at all to encounter enemies, it's just annoying.

So in short, play it if you want for the puzzles and environments, but know that you might (probably) not like the combat at all.

2022

I didn't finish this because of the combat, which I found to be very boring. Initially it was fun enough, but after meeting the same enemies again and again it just fell short.

The idea behind the game is good, and the "book" that you find pages of is a nice and nostalgic idea. You should definitely give it a try, at least. Especially since it's on Game Pass at the time of writing.

First off, this game is absolutely beautiful and also ran like a charm. I've been playing it on a 3080 with basically everything on max and only dipped below 60 fps once.

For the game itself, I really loved it, but it probably could have been about 1-2 hours shorter. Nevertheless, the story is great and there are a lot of great new characters which you really come to like and love through the game.

If you've played the first one I highly recommend this for you as well, it's even better in my opinion.

I thought it was a lot of fun, the environments are nice and engaging and the story is fun. The big problem for me was Juliana, it was more annoying than fun playing against her.

A beautiful little game which is well worth the time.

This was just a lot of fun. There's a lot of stuff to do, most of it pretty interesting, although it honestly can get a bit much when you do the same puzzle 10 times.

The world looks great and you can tell a lot of work went into it, it ran pretty well on PC, but had a bit of rough start.

Overall I'd recommend this to anyone who want's a mildly challenging RPG to spend 20+ hours with, and I'd recommend it even more if you like the Harry Potter-series.

It gets a 4/5 from me, what keeps it from the 5 is the pretty basic story, as well as the poorer PC performance (played on 3080)
