Really enjoyed this game. Fun platforming, unique powers and related puzzles. Very well-designed. I will say the story feels very rushed. After just one day in camp, everyone's brains are stolen and you have to fight the final boss? Definitely rushed.
The Last of Us series is one of the best series in all of gaming history. The original The Last of Us was an incredible storytelling journey, augmented 10-fold by Part II. The additions to this game to make Part I only served to improve the experience even more! 10/10 game.
Only tolerable starting at Chapter 3, and even then the gameplay was FAAARRR too slow. Being constantly locked into slow af walking and horse riding mechanics and unusable fast travel was unbearable. Even the decent story (starting at Chapter 3) couldn't save this game from it's abysmal gameplay.
