Not as fun or good as the first punchout
The progression is a little weird (it doesn't really gets hard until world series) you don't really need to learn many patterns to win
I feel like you need way more skill to beat Mike Tyson's punchout.
The characters are also not as good, in short, a visually better game but worse in all other aspects

This is the definition of an average game i think.
Uninteresting exploration (the game guides you everywhere never letting you go). It might be good for some but it wasn't for me, there's not a lot you gain from not following a linear path the game chose for you.
So many recycled enemies, i swear i've taken 1000 photos of the same tall maiden.
Coupled with a very uninteresting story i tried to finish as quickly as possible.
But you know, i had fun. Not with the main purpose but dressing up characters. My playthrough was entirely with Yuri as Ryza and Miu as a goth maid. Too cute.

I loved Niko's story and loved the main characters.
But i think it's a bad gta game, repetitive missions, almost no side content (a lot less than GTA San Andreas).
And to top it off, i played it on the series and there's a helicopter bug on the final mission with a very tiring workaround. Not recommended.

I enjoyed the first chapters a lot (the first three chapters are very good).
But as i progressed on, i think the game simply took more time than it should. There are a lot of chapters that add nothing to the main plot and more, they take a long time. So you feel like they are only there to artificially extend the game time. The mercenary side quests are very very uninteresting and repetitive.
I think FF7R would be a lot better it it were 10~15 hours of game time.
But, i loved the character design, the landscapes and the soundtrack. But i must add, the maps are not very well interactive and are very linear.
It's a decent game with pacing problems, very beautiful cutscenes and character design and a subpar plot.
Will i play the second one? Of course.

Music, artstyle and story are very cute. Loved every second of it. Inventive gameplay with lots of fun (the challenges are very fun)

I wonder what was the game about? After playing it i'm still not sure.
But i'm sure of some things, one of them is that the gameplay is so repetitive. Most of the battle feels like you can just spam your highest damage and be done with it, the battle system tries many things but it is never fully used. Most of the characters aren't remarkable and the fanservice is a little annoying.
But i loved the main battle theme. I do really love it.
