Had some good fun on that game, but maybe nostalgia is talking idk
Have started playing the game not long ago and have not finished it yet. I will update my review whenever I finish. Until now, I have been relatively disappointed by the difficulty level of the problems, and it's kind of a walking simulator. I have to admit that the environment and scenery is gorgeous, and the narrator + lore construction throughout the game is very interesting. I like the philosophical interrogations that have been adressed until now.
I'm only a couple of hours into the game right now. I'll update my review when I finish the game. For now, I like the game mechanics and especially the world/environment. Unfortunately, I find some fights very frustrating. Many times it felt like I could have done nothing to parry or dodge the attack. Compared to Elden Ring (which is my first Soulslike game), I feel the fighting mechanics are less rewarding and more RNG. Overall, still a very solid game, and I'm pretty sure as I get more XP with the parry mechanic, my opinion will change.
