Had some good fun on that game, but maybe nostalgia is talking idk

Have started playing the game not long ago and have not finished it yet. I will update my review whenever I finish. Until now, I have been relatively disappointed by the difficulty level of the problems, and it's kind of a walking simulator. I have to admit that the environment and scenery is gorgeous, and the narrator + lore construction throughout the game is very interesting. I like the philosophical interrogations that have been adressed until now.

I'm only a couple of hours into the game right now. I'll update my review when I finish the game. For now, I like the game mechanics and especially the world/environment. Unfortunately, I find some fights very frustrating. Many times it felt like I could have done nothing to parry or dodge the attack. Compared to Elden Ring (which is my first Soulslike game), I feel the fighting mechanics are less rewarding and more RNG. Overall, still a very solid game, and I'm pretty sure as I get more XP with the parry mechanic, my opinion will change.

Really enjoyed the game, the way it bends gaming rules, plays with you (the player), etc... The amount of 4th wall breaking is insane, and all endings are interesting and thought-provoking. There are multiple times when the Narrator actually caught me off-guard, made me laugh, scared me, made me more empathetic... I liked the philosophical ideas that were indirectly discussed in each ending, especially the significance of the bucket for Stanley, the Narrator and the player. I also loved how the game suggests different levels of reality/consciousness in which the actual story is embedded, the first layer with the Narrator and Stanley, the second higher layer with the curator, the third with the Settings entity, and the fourth and highest with you the player. Overall, this game is really a thought-provoking game that redefines your relation to gaming.

Love the game mechanics which are really innovative. The problems to solve are of good difficulty, it's very rewarding to find the solutions, and overall the game is very addictive.

Attemtped the game, and then figured out that stealth based games were not for me. I can see how this game is really good, but I think I'm just not made for stealth games.

I know a lot of people praise that game. Unfortunately, I attempted a playthrough but got bored pretty quickly. I can see why objectively that game is a masterpiece, but I think it's not my type of games. During the small amount of time I played, I still had some decent fun with it.

I liked my experience with that game, especially considering I like "die and retry" type of games where you are trying to get the sequence perfect. I think compared to previous Trackmania games, it introduces fun new mechanics. Unfortunately, I grew quickly out of the game.

Fun little game to relax. Very short, you can finish it in under 3 hours, but that's exactly what I was looking for. Story and characters are funny, and can become slightly dark. I think the regular price is around 12 euros on Steam, which I think is way too expensive. If you can get it for a discount around 5 euros or less would be a fair price IMO. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience with the game.

Really short game, but that's exactly what I was looking for. Really enjoyed just wandering around, talking to the characters and just making the most out of the hike!

Had fun, cool multiplayer and weapons at the time.

For some reason, I would play this game over and over again. I was young but I had very good fun.

Don't remember much of the game, but remember that I didn't like too much the story.

Love that game for the memories, the fact I played it with someone I liked discovering games with, for the art style, the story. I have very good and nostalgic memories the game.

My one and only racing game, kinda open world. Loved unlocking new cars. I had a REALLY good time on that game.
