My brain grew a whole order of magnitude, please help me I dont fit through doors anymore

I gave Encased 7 hours of playtime waiting for things to get interesting, for the systems to reveal a fun puzzle or the story to actually take some interesting turns. I quit on the joke that the one character with colored hair is stupid and has divorced parents, very funny

5 years of my life I have waited, only 5 more hours to go, again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again

This is like an 8 or a 7 half the time and like a 4 the other half, and sadly you can't really play the one half without the other

I, um, what? I... what??? What? WHAT THE FUCK??? I mean, I guess the world is burning to hell and stuff and also wHAT

the xcom town&missions formula boiled down to its most essential parts. Very immediatly fun and engaging, doesn't overstay its welcome. The moment I realised I could train my folks twice to get tons of different classes was awesome

Nevermind, this is actually awesome. What a dumb mess of a game, feels like its eating my computer. Worth it for the hammer alone

Very fun and good. Wears its inspirations on its sleeve. Gameplay is fast, the only way to go is forward.

Magic the Gathering is the best card game in the world, and Arena theoretically is a great way to play that game. It also wants your money, BADLY.

2021

Beautiful. Joyful. Lovely. Exciting. Breathtaking.

I played the demo without microtransactions and thought: Hey this is pretty neat! A lot of stolen ideas and a bit dumbed down but hey might be worth a playthrough... Then I came back on release to see that stash tabs cost more than 20€. Nope!

I finished this game in one sitting, and was shocked at the reviews AER has gotten. This is an utterly beautiful game, that paints a world deeply set within melancholy and wonder. It's large, yet small world blew me away again and again with sights from beyond this world.

Really fun and compelling gameplay loop at first that carries over the charm of the original flash game. Didn't really grab me long enough to get through the endgame however

The dream of Mirror's Edge, every jump, every slide, every climb, every roll still lives on today in the momentum of every first person controlled game that has as much as a jump button. Yet faith is still the queen of the dream, living in her half-broken beautiful castle of glass and concrete.
