god. the most batshit insane yakuza game i've ever played in ways that endlessly tickle my brain. i have no idea if it's brilliant or if it's absolute nonsense — maybe that's a perfect encapsulation of the franchise as a whole, in all its theatrics

QUIPLASH 3: it's quiplash, it's always a joy. the final round is a little too disappointing though, really loses its luster after so many times
THE DEVILS AND THE DETAILS: i have literally never played this. sorry.
CHAMP'D UP: it's just too short, but i do like the added replayability value with the tag-in mechanic. yields great jokes
TALKING POINTS: LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS. improv is the best
BLATHER 'ROUND: kind of... unremarkable?

TRIVIA MURDER PARTY 2: this game freaks me the fuck out and luckily no one i know likes trivia so i never have to play it
DICTIONARIUM: it is perfectly fine
PUSH THE BUTTON: poor man's amogus, little too involved but i like it
JOKE BOAT: doesn't make much of an impression but i have fond memories of playing it so i forgive it
ROLE MODELS: i absolutely adore this one but it has to be played with an especially close friend group

how do you follow up something as good as 4? by making this mid shit

MAD VERSE CITY: its Fine i just dont like it very much. maybe my friends arent good at it
PATENTLY STUPID: crowd favourite but just doesn't woo me. i think junktopia was a better take on the concept.
SPLIT THE ROOM: can't remember last time i booted this up, maybe it needs more people than i know what to do with
ZEEPLE DOME: i have never hated a game so much
