I'm 60+ hours in and game doesn't get tiresome or boring. Minor bugs (pun unintended) are not really getting in the way of fun.

Control has the best gameplay Remedy has ever made, for sure. Not to say it's perfect, just good enough for 30+ hours. But the main appeal of the game is the setting remeniscent of SCP and brutalist style of surroundings. The scale and amount of thought put in the SCP-like stories and the Oldest House make every minute spent in the game worth it.

Also, although I played Alan Wake back in 2012, I recon Control is probably the main reason why so many people got interested in Alan Wake II.

Far from ideal in terms of gameplay and more than competent (excellent, even) in other regards. Wish it was available on Steam some day!

"Survivial" diffuculty and questionable gamedesign make it no fun in the end. I haven't played PS1 games at all tho, maybe it's supposed to be like this
