Honestly everything I wanted from this game. I followed the developer when he first initially started concepting the game. I immediately connected to his work. I knew something special was going to be made.
Survival horror is my favorite genre for games. There's something about the genre that brings out things that really matter to me. Atmosphere, gameplay, music, themes, etc. I think this game accomplishes all of those things very well. I think its such a solid experience that defined what makes survival horror so fun and interesting.
The visuals are god damn awesome. The modeling really makes it work. I love how consistent the fidelity of the world looks. The aesthetic of the characters are so doll like yet they still feel real with the writing. The feeling of the game fades away as the actual world and progression takes over.
Id say whats holding back this game from a 4.5 or 5 is the lack of story. I liked what was there. By the end I actually rly loved the story. But for most of the game it was very vague and unserious. Thats completely fine and it all honestly had similar vibes with early resident evil stories. Which i think is very charming and fits the bite size game. I just personally love deeper stories in survival horror.
But to be honest I wouldnt change anything. It was fluid. There wasnt any bugs, annoying gameplay, game design, level design, or progression things. Which made everything smooth. It was fun! Super well done and I cant wait to see more from the dev.

Interesting but did not captivate me. Shitty assets dont usually bother me but this was a little too glitchy and unity asset store driven for me. Really cool story but I dont think i want to commit to it.
