hard to say anything about this one that hasn't already been said, phenomenal game

this one felt like a remake of the original ridge racer, but gave it some edge and made it look hardcore for the new era of gaming. game's got a stupidly hard difficulty curve that's so satisfying once you master it, unfortunately the music is quite hit and miss here, but there are some good standout tracks. if it had more content it'd probably be my #1

cool that all tracks from the previous games are here, but this one switched up the drifting style a bit, cars have practically no weight and you feel like you're sliding on ice most of the time. not too fond of the changes but apart from that it's a really neat package

such a bitch to emulate. couldn't get the game to control properly but it seems like a vibe, soundtrack's just full of arcade goodness

nice music, i like the customization, but the handling system in this game is really really weird

this game was pretty cool, apart from being a gran turismo clone, it had awesome music, an interesting storyline, and that mechanic that makes the AI go insane if you tail them for too long
definitely an interesting title, one worth looking into

haven't played 6 yet but this one felt bland, it also comes with a repetitive and boring campaign that has practically no challenge up until the extreme battles. tracks feel really flat (to accomodate the new drifting style) and the music gets old fast. at least it brought online play though, that's a blast.

the original sure, gotta give it credit for how impressive it was at the time, but it's very barebones considering the fact that you get through everything in like 30 minutes

i hate this game and the 13th racing kid with every fibre of my being

it's like the psp one but manages to have even less charm

need to play rr64, but this one just felt like shovelware
