We used to beat people up for making shit like this.

This finalizes the trio for me after playing 3 and 4, I'm a little disappointed. Sure this is definitely the fan favorite with stunning graphics and great gameplay but it doesn't hit the same sweet spot the previous titles hit.

When it comes to progression, you can definitely get a good move set when you allocate your orbs correctly, but it feels a little lackluster when it takes this long to get everything up and running. This goes for all characters, it takes a couple of missions to get your skills up to speed.

Speaking of speed, this version of DMC5 lacks a turbo mode which is some bullshit. Gameplay feels slow and clunky sometimes and by playing through this when I go back to 3 or 4 I'll be unacclimated and get my ass beat by the off timing.

This game is just okay. I finished this game 100% and I honestly can't say more than it's like a modern Spiderman film and plays like the first game. Feels very safe and the side quests is not fun. I hated the MJ sections and the puzzle sections that shouldn't be there in the first place. I did enjoy web swinging as Peter and Miles and the eater eggs were kind of cool. If you enjoyed the first game and Miles Morales, then you'll enjoy this game.

As a game? Perfect.
The story on the other hand seems to be written by a fat 15 year old girl who thinks she's a writer just because she can pull some fanfics on fanfiction.net.

Peter is completely mistreated by the story, completely disrespecting more than 60 years of his character. All in favor of this invisible force pushing Miles as the next protagonist.

For those wanting a good Spidey game, go for it, but you may want to skip cutscenes more than often.

Does Insomniac’s Spider-Man have a web Hadouken?

Didn’t think so.
