Yakuza 3 is a pretty overhated game. Despite the combat had a huge letdown (actually this is a remaster so it's acceptable sometimes), story is quite good and i did love "father kiryu" figure. first chapters could bore you a bit but i don't recommend to drop/skip yakuza 3. absolutely play it, you will thank me.

i feel like it's the most original gta game. also niko is more well-written than the other gta series mc's for me. negative things i've seen so far are open world being not good as gta san andreas, using guns sometimes feel pretty lame and bad pc port.
