Sort of perfected the collect a thon formula for me at least? I think its my favourite N64 platformer. Obviously it owes EVERYTHING to Mario 64 but I feel this just expanded that formula and used the basis for loads of really creative level designs and use of music.

This was perfect. Absolutely captured and integrated the charm and challenge of Castlevania. What a perfect pairing that over delivered. Loved raiding Draculas castle, facing familiar enemies and boss challenges with most importantly great new musical arrangements blasting.

Not only faithful to its original game, it cuts nothing out while also adding so much more to its original formula. PERFECT remake. The new continuous location gives RE1 environment vibes. The characters are all improved and the teases for Dead Space 2!!

I really really enjoyed this. I found the setting and the new combat options with the period weapons really compelling. The story felt super high stakes! Loved abolishing the class system, killing the british and going to karaoke. Great, great time

Way, way, way better than the first GB game because this one actually feels like a tiny little portable Castlevania game that doesnt make you want to kill yourself with some of its goofy little quirks :) Still not a great game but yeah, at least this one is playable lol

As far as falling puzzle games go, I mean its no Tetris. But Columns is a very fun game with suitable challenge and variation that can emerge throughout games.

I have played this game so many times (and still do because we have a local arcade machine on freeplay). Its sort of timeless for me, the soundtrack, the look (even all the product placement) just seamlessly takes me back to that period and of course the gameplay is fun, addictive and holds up

I found this cute and funny. Played in spanish so was nice practice too

I found this very cute. The phone call especially was moving.

I didnt find this as moving as I think the game thought it was.

2023

As someone who moved away from their parents, I did find this moving
