It's hard to really follow up on the plot of the first AI:The Somnium Files game and it really showed. The mystery kept me engaged but the character relationships left much to be desired. Three stars entirely for the plot twist that blew my mind.

I am not good at fighting games but I also can't hate skullgirls. The 2D hand-drawn aesthetic is unique for the genre and the character design is all so charming.

RIP my 3DS. I got to the part where it looped and I decided that was where I was going to draw the line.

I loved the art and music lots though, the class system was also really detailed and a lot of fun to play around with. Good thing Octopath carried both of those things over.

I'm very biased towards Conquest because I like the gothic aesthetic dkjflfklf If Birthright was rated low because of the maps, I think Conquest deserves to be rated higher because it's been years and I still remember Chapter 9 and Chapter 20 vividly. I don't think any other Fire Emblem map has left that kind of impression on me.

Story? We don't need a story.

Love the new mechanics, and the direction taken for the Hoshidan classes. However this was the Fates game which was most like Awakening, i.e. the maps weren't that interesting nor were they memorable.

Two stars for Oboro and Reina

Everything that I loved about the Zero Escape series, polished and perfected right here. The characters were so charming and likeable and even if they didn't appeal to me, I still found myself moved by their branches.

The art and graphics is such a huge step up from Zero Time Dilemma, though I wish that the character models looked less stiff. Overall a very unique experience. I wish I could experience the plot twists all over again.

I may have bawled my eyes out

Fun with friends but the server issues were really frustrating early on

The writing was a huge leap from the previous mainline entry (Fire Emblem Fates) however the lack of diversity in the maps was rather disappointing.
