What a contrast to the first playthrough. Very sad. Connor stayed a machine and was cold to Hank, who killed himself in the end.
Connor killed Markus in Jericho, then tried to JFK North, but couldn't. He killed her in the store. Connor was replaced. Kara and Alice died on the highway, which made the game a whole lot faster. Seems like they don't even need to be in the game.

The first time I played, I did everything peacefully. I basically just listened to Josh (most of the time). Nobody died, Hank & Connor were BFFs, etc. Wholesome ending.
