Not a huge shmup fan and I was playing solo so, all in all, a pretty rough go for me with Aegis Wings. Got all I wanted out of it after two levels, but I think it stands as a really interesting piece of history in terms of the growth of the digital market and the 360/PS3 era. (Probably would've hung around longer of the achievements were worth a damn lmao)
Ahh, I remember when this was the only game I had when I first got an Xbox 360 in middle school. Simpler times.

Fun Side scrolling shoot em up from the xbox arcade days. One of the first free games I remember playing on 360.
This was a free game so I guess I can't complain too much. It was a very crummy side scrolling shooter that did nothing for me.
It’s slow and a little lacking when I compare it to other shmups present and past, but it was also made on the quick and I got it for free, so I ain’t losing much. The co-op feature is nice, and it can get challenging when it needs to, so it gets a pass.
I literally made a USA xbox account just to download this and I still have no idea why I went to that much effort. Its just really plain and drab. Yeah its functional and occasionally fun but mostly its just full of slow autopilot meh-ness.
It was free and not terrible.
