Alto's Adventure makes me wonder if endless-runner games - even absent of the predatory microtransaction bullshit that plagues this genre - just have an inherent harmfulness to them that you have to actively resist when designing them. Sure Alto's Adventure never once asked for me to give it money but even despite this addiction loops are still baked so deeply into the game's core, so many little aspects that try to make you compulsively, instinctively start 'one more run' until suddenly you're ten more runs deep, deeply cynical, hollow design that wants you to give up your agency. It is less rotten that its brethren, and even has moments where it is legitimately pleasant to play, but I still think this game's attitude towards its players is just unforgivable.
Fun game to waste an hour or so.
The art is very pleasing and the game gives off a really chill vibe with the dynamic weather and different lighting.
I’m not sure how much of a rush I’ll be in to load it back up. It does get a little repetitive quite fast.
I was kinda excited about the game because I thought it was basically a jacked development of the old browser game “Line Rider”. If this game had some kind of level designer then it would definitely have me hooked for a lot longer!

I enjoy playing this game, it has a beautiful, calming soundtrack and you can either do normal mode where your sledding to catch your animals I think they are deer or something idk but you can do tricks and if you land your flips your scarf grows and you get a boost. Them there is zen mode where there are no animals and each time you fall you just tap and continue to sled. The main part is leveled so you get 3 tasks you have to complete to level up.
A decently fun, but insubstantial game. What is with these games that should be Flash/browser-based/itch.io games being sold on store platforms? This is something that you should be playing whenever the substitute takes the class to the computer lab, not something you should be paying real money for.

I'mnot huge into endless runners, and started this one because of a miscommunication that it was a heavily narrative Endless Runner, and figured it would be an interesting experiment.
It's not story focused at all, but it has a lot of polish in aesthetics and control. I'd advise buying the premium version but staying away from the other micro transactions.
Fun while it lasted but never something where I was going to be in for the long haul.
