Almost bounced off this game because attempting a hard parking job broke my spirit (godspeed anyone that has to do that for a living) but after sucking in my pride and opting out of that I had a really nice time with this! Especially once you get your own truck you get into a nice groove of taking a job, resting, driving to the next business, etc. Wish the default region was more interesting than the American west but I'm sure all the DLC fixes that (and I can see myself bumping this to 5-stars once I buy it all on sale).

Make sure to play this with MLB Radio in the background to really let the immersion set in.l

Awesome chill game that can be very tranquil driving down the rainy interstate listenin' to the radio. Also great vehicle customization, def with some mods! 4.5/5

An amazing truck sim, but I personally don't really vibe with the US truck style and the map seems a bit more dull to me.

As someone that loves many simulation games, this was right up my alley. I picked up the Texas DLC because I wanted to drive somewhere that was somewhat familiar. As much as I hate driving in real life, driving a truck on these highways in this game is strangely fun. It's a game I come back to every once in a while, and even works on my Steam Deck. It's not a game for everyone, but I think if you like simulator games, you should give this a try.

It's Euro Truck Simulator 2 with 70% more freedom.

Most things that could be said about ETS can be said about ATS. It's being continuously updated with more content- we're only up to the Midwest at this point in time- and the older stuff is being brought up to modern standards with reworks. It's not something I play all the time but it is a comfy game to play when I want something low stress to play.

It does a fairly good job at giving states their landmarks, and at least from what I've seen it does a good job at giving every state its own mood and vibe.

It's a fun game but I definitely understand why you wouldn't want to spend full price on it. It goes on sale pretty often so it's worth waiting until then.

I originally played 18 Wheels of Steel as a fetus. Good times, but SSDD.

First play and I reversed into a Tesla, 8/10.

If you're into trucks this will keep you from killing yourself. I liked it better with the multiplayer mod that let me play with homers and casually say slurs at strangers


All I do in this game is drive on highways and deliver cargo... but somehow I can't put it down.

Lost many hours just playing this and watching youtube.

I've spent a lot of time relaxing and just trucking around in this game. Good way to waste your already fleeting time.
