Got a bit sick of it by the time I reached the end, but it was fun.

Overall my least favourite Dadish installment so far of the bunch. Levels are much longer now and require more experience. The dialogue does fall a little stiff a bit in the early levels, but there were a few chuckles later on that got me. In an attempt to add variety, levels featuring The Dolphin The Dolphin were probably the most difficult and frustrating aspects of the game, since they were the longest ones out of all the games - but with so few of them, it wasn't too bad.

Play it if you like Dadish. If you're new... I guess you can play the first one, or just try the second one, which was my personal best one.

it's more dadish. now with dolphins. dialogue isn't as good as it used to be. music isn't as good as it used to be.

this entry in the perfectly pleasant Dadish series is marred by what feels like much longer levels at a much slower pace with much less checkpoints; still a solidly fun and simple 2D platformer regardless!

This was the hardest Dadish game yet! It's not bad, I just had trouble progressing so I ended up putting it off a couple times. I finally powered through it and at the end of the day... I liked it!

As much as I loved the first Dadish for its humor and funny puns (and for how good it felt for a free mobile game), I feel like the third game in the series has the same problems the second had: it has nothing that makes it different from the predecessor, the difficulty curve is too heavy on the player, and the companions are a bad executed idea.
Also, this time the puns are not as funny. They are almost boring.

I dropped the game the moment I realized I was just playing Dadish 2. Again.

I would write a review but It would be exactly the same review that i wrote for dadish 2

As a sequel, this is more Dadish. Unfortunately, it's past its expiration date. I think this one may take inspiration from Donkey Kong Country in several wrong ways. There's a reliance on levels with companions, but they largely play like autoscrollers or otherwise involve clumsier controls than Dadish's usual platforming. The dialog is also off and I found a few scenes more spiteful than anything else. While Thomas K Young is clearly talented, he badly needs an editor and testers.

Dadish 3 takes one step forward from the other two previous games by providing a bit more details and gameplay variety but overall takes two steps back due the inferior level design and setup. Gameplay felt slower than previous entries and to make matters worse, levels are on the longer side and are designed to be more challenging which, instead of introducing a challenging fun mechanic, ends up slowing gameplay down considerably. The best example is the last world which takes place underwater, making progression and level replay sluggish as heck.

Other than that, Dadish 3 features the same looks and approach from previous games with silly humor and an overall simple pick up to play platforming mechanic with one button jumps and double jumps.

Another con is that, this being the newer game of the 3, goes for a higher price point versus the (in my opinion) better prequels, so thread lightly if you want to get this game. Even at a sale price the game feels on the high side, but oh well.
