Cute and awe inspiring, traveling through the five stages of grief has never felt so Metroid.

That said I can’t remember much about the actual gameplay so I can’t say it offers much beyond its concept to sit on.

How should I put it: Le hidden gem of the art driven games.

You won't forget this experience. Some might argue it is a bit short, to which I say: fair enough, but the quality is not debatable.

Artisticamente sublime. Mollato per noia sopraggiunta.

played this one for a university class, liked it a good deal

every single piece of this game is beautiful, and it has some pretty satisfying gameplay to match

only reason it's a 7/10 is just because I'm not personally the biggest platformer fan, and the story didn't connect with me as much as it may others--nevertheless, if you're on the fence about this game, give it a go!

Quite possibly just the most beautiful game ever.

It's like playing a picture book. Very smooth platformer. Very emotional without any dialog.

good... Nothing amazing, and nothing bad. It's 2 hours game. Try it, in the worst scenario you are loosing almost nothing

"Gris" is a game where you control a young woman named Gris who explores a surreal and abstract world after a painful experience that has left her voiceless. The game metaphorically represents the five stages of grief (denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance) through the psychology of color portrayed in Gris' journey.
Throughout the game, you overcome obstacles and solve puzzles to help Gris regain her voice.

I love the artistic direction, the world design, the protagonist's design, and the creatures encountered along the way. Everything feels so special and creative.

The soundtrack is amazing and very emotive, blending perfectly with the mood and tone of the game.

The gameplay, both in terms of platforming and puzzles, is quite simple; you won't find any significant challenges. The game doesn't aim to challenge the player but rather to let them enjoy the journey.

"Gris" is a stunningly beautiful game, probably one of the most gorgeous games I have ever played. Playing it feels like watching a painting in motion or reading a fairy tale book.
Don't hesitate to buy it; it's a short experience but a very special one.

this was so beautiful and it made me cry

Short and beautiful platformer-puzzle game about the 5 stages of grief. Every scene is beautiful and wallpaper-worthy. Soothing music as well

The best art design I have ever seen in a video game and probably the best I'll ever see. It's even hard to describe this as a video game. Rather, as a work of art. Rather, as a true masterpiece.

This done brought a tear to my eye unreal experience

A gorgeously crafted, aesthetic exploration of grief that creates such warmth during the experience. The art direction is masterful, creating tapestries that make every scene pop with vibrant colors. The visual storytelling allows for a simple concept to flesh itself out in subtle ways, offering intrigue and engagement. The gameplay is chill, not always tricky or that engaging, but works well for the package they are offering. Excellent time!

The art of this game tries to fill the void of gameplay throughout the entire campaign, and I won't deny that there are moments when it really succeeds. However, when that doesn't happen, it becomes quite evident how poor the gameplay is.
