Only like 6 minutes of gameplay, if that, really boring, you collect like 5 things, go talk to the character, then the next day happens

Undeserved twist, it doesn't build up enough tension for it to be surprising or even interesting, just feels like they had this "Animal Crossing but spooky" idea and developed the shortest and most shallow version of it they could.

that sort of "cutesy thing... is actually CREEPY" really falls flat. Its been done to death and they dont do anything interesting in the like 6 minutes it takes to finish this.
Im sure they weren't really trying to pass it off as a twist or anything, but also I just don't see the point.
I think they nailed the aesthetic, game looks and sounds great.
and I do like the corpse in just floating in the water the whole time.

oh wow it's like animal crossing but they like kill people and stuff wow such a creative and thought provoking experience
i wish there was more here because what it goes for is relatively cool but its so barebones that i cant really say much about it. i like the N64 recreation with the models but i think it couldve been pushed further. the whole thing could be pushed way further.
Actually a little spooky in the end, but would have loved a more expanded scary ending. Maybe a bit more than fetch quests too? As it stands though it was at least an interesting game with N64 graphics which always rock.

Animal crossing if it was good.
I played it cause cute art, but it was kinda ehhh, the quests are kinda boring, and the ending isn't that scary, but I do appreciate how it looks.

This game was pretty nice. I think it being for a game jam justifies its small scope and short play time. I encourage the devs to expand on this idea further. Although the Friday the 13th thing was a little cheesy.
Nice little game. I hope I didn't know about a twist coming up, but regardless it's a fun and creepy experience
