I've experienced ego death and a spiritual awakening by playing the Ritual Passion stage at 2:00 AM while sleep deprived

La mejor versión de Tetris de la historia.

What if tetris was a music video, and it (mostly) worked?

Everything hateful and bad I have to say goes to the Tetrimidion.

It's tetris with beautiful visuals

How to make Tetris (a great game already) an awesome game: this game

play it on PC, them 144 hz worth it

The game looks stunning and the music was amazing, but the gameplay is just well know Tetris with new mechanics that actually work very well. The multiplayer is a 10/10 experience

I honestly dunno what constitutes as marking this game as 'complete' but, ive played enough of it to know it's my favorite version of Tetris.

I sometimes dislike how the stage visuals can obscure the play field but I think there might be options to reduce that that I just haven't looked into. Either way wouldn't change how beautiful the music is and how fantastically this interpretation of Tetris plays.

Tetris Effect:
I'm yours forever
There is no end in sight for us
Nothing could measure
The kind of strength inside our hearts
It's all connected
We're all connected in this love
Don't you forget it
We're all connected in this love

Me, not leaving a space for the square piece: Shit! Fuck!

One of the merits of Tetris is the ability to practice being in the flow state. Tetris Effect elevates this idea with sights and sounds that immerses your mind. Much like slipping into a dream while asleep, Tetris Effect can take attention away from everything else going on in life and take you on a journey, shifting through cosmic states, dropping and obliterating blocks that can represent anything. Naturally, Tetris games tend to bring out my competitive side, but Tetris Effect reminds me to just enjoy the ride and I appreciate that a lot.

Look man, I know it's just the tetris equivalent of jingling keys in front of a baby, but I like the jingling and it's all sparkly and look there's a whale.

kind of like if the ps2 startup screen got made into a video game

one of he best games have ever created. i'm serious. EVERYY PASSINGG DAYY THE WINDSS MIGHTT GROW STRONGEEERRRR

Music make me lose control

my eyes hurts playing this game

I finished the first game of the year.

Tetris Effect: Connected

It is the perfect game for the Steam Deck.

It's been a while since I felt this sense of achievement as the last level was brutal.

Beautiful graphics, beautiful soundtrack, beautiful everything.

Iiiit’s Tetris. I get it, I get the connection schtick and how “Tetris is universal and the concept can connect everyone” but it’s just really pretty Tetris. I don’t think VR helped it at all and it’s extremely overhyped. However, Tetris is Tetris. So it’s okay.

- Fun game
- Very relaxing as I had heard
- Fun level was challenging but satisfying to complete
- Soundtrack is a certified bop

I'm not a Tetris master, but I'd like to think I'm okay at it. There's not much to say about Tetris Effect Connected, beyond the fact that it's solidly the best way to experience Tetris for 99% of players.

Maybe if you want odd offshoots or you're looking for the hardest of challenges or maybe the art direction isn't your thing, there are definitely other options. If you're looking to just play Tetris? This is absolutely it.

After a while it starts getting really hard until you reach the insane Nirvana flow state and it becomes a surreal experience.

Probably meant to be experienced on that VR version but I played it on switch and still had a great time.
