Wish this had trophies on ps3.
i would love to remember in future that ive once played this game.
it have the same amount of fun playing this game today as i had while playing this in my childhood.
transformers are always fun to play in a 3d world

I loved this game a lot as it was my first PC game I've ever played when I got my own Laptop. I liked how we can play the missions of Autobots as well as Decepticons. The Decepticons missions were somewhat hard.

Replayed it recently. NOT what I remembered.
Used to play it a lot as a kid.

A few months ago I found a burned disc that was full of images that were taken around 2008, from my mom's phone.
Among the pictures of me and my family as children, was a downloaded image of the box art for Transformers: The Game for the PlayStation®2. I have no idea why, but I saw it as a sign that I had to pick this up.

It's..not good.
The first mission is fun and I liked the idea of running around this city grabbing collectables but the second mission very quickly wore me away and off this game for good.

The camera sucks. It's too low in car mode, and it's too slow.
The game actively lies to you by telling you that certain buttons do one thing when they literally don't do that, doesn't give you a proper tutorial despite this (either tell us what all the buttons do or don't tell us anything) and throws you right into the deep end by telling you to shoot cars, destroy Decepticons, and get to a place on the map it doesn't show you all in the same mission.

This is the second level in the whole game.
Fuck that, and fuck you.

No wonder Tt Games just went back to Lego games after this.

i had fun but i was child

I used to play this game as a jit I got stuck on the Starscream level on the PS2

Vou dar uma boa nota porque me fez perder muitas horas na Lan house.

I finished the Decepticon campaign, but couldn't find the time to finish the Autobot one.

in terms of quality its not great but in terms of dumb fun for a kid its great

Nostalgia goggles aside. This game has major issues and how did my kid self ever beat this broken game? But it's still dumb fun driving around open levels throwing cars and destroying buildings. As a kid it was perfect. As an adult I have Red Faction.

Okay so this was my first movie tie-in game that I played as like a actual video-game enjoyer and I knew nothing about the quality of tie-ins and this is one of maybe seven games ever that I returned to Hollywood Video early. Like holy hell.

transformations 10/10 gra 5/10

Yeah, I’ve played an armored core game before

this was my first ever console game and what an unbelievably mid intro

played this on my childhood, but i remember it being pretty okay

Oh boy I remember the PS2 times when I was so obsessed with Transformers... For me this game brings me so many memories of me discovering how to use the shield, learning shortcuts, at the time we weren't able to get a newer console so while all my friends were playing other games in Xbox 360, there I was, playing this game until 2012... As much as I like this game, however, there are some flaws, like the rushed history, the lack of playable characters, history gaps, it would be a 5 if they took the time to polish up things...

This game is good as a sandbox city destroyer, where you play as a Michael Bay Transformer, but not much else. When you limit your expectations to enjoying the feeling of transforming and the cool animations they made, and blowing up stuff/causing havoc in the sandbox, there is some fun to be had.

I bought this game for PS2 after debating whether to go for the PS2 or PSP Version. I really nice Game employee helped me decide. I played it for 2 hours and didn't like it. When you're a kid, you don't understand when a game is just bad and I thought I wasnt enjoying it properly. I returned it, and the same person was there, and remembered helping me choose. They gave me an exchange to the PSP version, despite the PS2 version being opened. I remember that very fondly.

Anyway, the PSP version was worse. So much worse. So bad it isn't even avalible to list as a platform on this website.
