On a second actual playthrough rather than just reviewing from memory, I do like reach a lot but not as much as I remember. The multiplayer back on release was outstanding. The campaign that I just played through co-op wasn’t short but felt super short. I mean you had really, what, four meaningful scene changes? Plus multiple filler levels (evacuating the city and the dogshit hornet level). I still liked it a lot but it feels like this came out because they wanted to release another halo rather than dedicating time and effort.

This lived up to the hype, honestly. It was so dark and brooding and like everyone was giving a side eye smile metaphorically. Glad I had a buddy helping me because how the FUCK did any child beat this game????

Really satisfying movement. Took a bit to get going in terms of it being fun, but once you get past the desert level (Sand Kingdom), it gets insanely fun. Recommend cutting through the grind to finish it like I did.
