I spent at least a few evenings making custom tracks in it.
It's a really simple game but back then it could keep you entertained for a few minutes.

I wish they put this freak in melee

A title whose existence is obvious, but which may surprise in its depth. The presence of a creative mode is a particularly welcome addition.

El primer videojuego que jugué en mi vida, siempre vuelvo a él.

I hate this game. I played all the tracks on the NES version emulated on my Steak Deck. I hate this game.

I get that it's super old, but its so pointless and boring lol

cant say i wasnt excited

this game is so exciting that when you go super fast you have to just stand there for like 5 seconds

One of the few old nintendo games left that has actual untapped potential left. The Trials games have done a decent job of realizing that potential, but have turned the game into a psychotic platforming challenge, when really the side-scrolling race about how you jump and how you land has plenty left as a game.

My absolute favorite of the NES games I had in Animal Crossing, while somewhat limited in scope, this game is super fucking cool. The basic gameplay of boosting off ramps and tilting midair to land properly is really fun, there's a nice amount of courses built in, and to make things even cooler you can make your own courses if you please. I enjoyed noodling around with this so much! <3

Ultra simple y nostálgico.

Not bad

It's another super simple game, just get through the course at the fastest time possible.

Two options, either race through it by yourself or with other racers throughout the course. There's also an editor mode which is pretty cool to see in such an old game.

Gameplay is pretty boring honestly, you don't really get a sense of speed ever. It just feels kinda meh.

Music is ok, graphics is nice. This game is OK. If it interests you it's worth a try.

It doesn’t really do much to excite

Played this one in Animal Crossing GCN as a kid. Its courses and movement are basic but (mildly) fun, and having a level editor in a 2kb NES cartridge is pretty impressive.

This bike must’ve been exciting at the time but definitely isn’t now. You can’t go to slow or too fast or your bike will spin out. Watch out for obstacles and get the high score.

This is one of those early Nintendo games, alongside stuff like Clu Clu Land, that has some interesting design choices. Excitebike feels more than a motocross game, but one of which later stages require timing and precision to even be placed in the rankings. Staging your boosts, watching your heat meter, maneuvering through obstacles, and setting your landing angles are all critical to mastering these scores.

The added modes are pretty neat too, including races with other bikers and track designing. Truly the first of its kind for the genre.

A classic for sure but gets old after about 10 minutes. No saving your track designs is boggling to the mind. The gameplay is so basic with little skill involved. The mario kart 8 course is the best thing to come out of this series.

jogava muito com meu pai!

Juego 67: Excitebike (1984)
