The Best Mario Party for the N64!

Probably my favorite Mario Party. Wish I'd had it growing up. I dislike only having one item, but it's important for balancing out their strength.
My first experience with this game was a kiddie ride at the mall which had Cowboy Mario jailed in a van. 4/5.

Ok, this game was a great game for it’s time and I personally think they did there very best on this game. As usual, it has it’s ups and downs. The downs are that you can only hold one item and that the CPUs can really destroy you even if there just on easy or normal. In the other Mario Party games, I either got second but mostly first against the CPUs, and I don’t know why they were so difficult in this one. But the game is good in total. It has good graphics, boards, mini games, and the costumes I love and think are the best. The costumes, like the pirate outfit, cowboy outfit, spaceship outfit, etc. the mini games, like the one where you pull down one of the colored levers and a giant Bowser head either explodes on you or you survive and go to the end of the line and then the next person goes, that one was good, the one where it’s basically tug of war and either one, two, or three people on one side (that includes yourself and CPUs or yourself and real people) are doing tug of war against a player or CPU In a Bowser suit. And finally, the old classic graphics are great. Overall, this game had it’s ups and downs, as most games do, and was a great game for its time back then.
This one is the best one because Yoshi wears funny outfits.
The first Mario Party to get things right. While the item selection and duel systems are a bit lacking, there's a ton to love about this one. From the charm of seeing the party goers dressed up for each map to the fully fleshed out minigame modes, there's a lot to love here. Plus it has some of the best minigames in the series, such as the best version of Face Lift!

Massive improvement over it's original. A fun party game with a good balance of strategy and luck. The costumes are cute, the soundtrack is great and it's overall just a really solid game.
Like its predecessor, it's a great game to play with friends. This one features item additions, and I would say it has the best maps of the first 3 games. Again, here, besides your treacherous friend, your biggest enemy is the bot that will mess you up at the worst moment. Nonetheless, it's a great game just like the first one

My favorite Mario Party of all time and it's the only one I ever completed the single player mode on. The costumes on themed boards are what made this entry in the series stand out to me though.

Didn’t grow up on this one. Playing it now, it’s honestly not very fun. The costumes are cute though!

Takes all of the things that worked in the first game and removes all of the asshole things.
Still the best game in the series.
Genuinely scared to play this with my friends because I think it might end with us putting hits out on each other.
My favorite game in the series, as it also has some of the best mini-games: Bombs Away, Shy Guy Says, Slot Car Derby, Filet Relay, Hexagon Heat, Hot Rope Jump, Bowser's Big Blast and FREAKING Bumper Balls! No wonder a lot of them are back in Mario party Superstars. Not to mention that the boards are also great.

Se voce arranjar um amigo pra jogar isso aqui, você vai ter infinitas horas de diversão garantidas, pq esse jogo é sensacional e muito engraçado, e isso vale pro 1 2 e o 3, especialmente o 3 que com os itens abre muitas possibilidades.
The one game where I can say the term twice the fun is true. Also, why is this the only Mario Party game where the characters dress up in the boards?
