Goated game. One of the best ever FPS games made and I'll stand by that. Gameplay still holds up today. One of my favourites of all time

Worth a favourite slot. Still a great experience.
There is no Battlefront game after this.

not the best game ever but still a good time

WATCH THOSE WRIST ROCKETS

Great game, however it's pretty buggy and a bit clunky, but hey, it's a 2005 game.

What more needs to be said, it's uhhh pog.

Modern Battlefront is a shadow of what once was

Just a review of the singleplayer

The score would be a lot higher, but the allied AI is really awful at times. On numerous levels my allies just ran into locked doors endlessly of stood around already captured control points. The follow function is useful, but it's limited to 2 allies at a time, meaning 90% of your force is off doing random glitched animations while you have to tackle the objective yourself. Feels less like forces fighting each other in combat, and more like a 1 vs 100 match up.

Other than that, the maps are really fun. Objectives are rather limited, but when everything is working, the combat is fun enough to pull you through.

Too much sauce in this one.

This was soooooo goood and the mods made it even better

fuckin owns. the heroes really do dominate the gameplay loop a bit much tho

Pure, un-adulterated, Disney-less Star Wars bliss and perfection.

The Star Wars prequels were incredibly disappointing as a man who saw the originals as a boy… watching the Jar Jar Binks shit with my son Timmy pissed me off more than a horse getting fucked sideways by a carbon hose, but at least playing this game made it worth it. There’s just so much pew pew, and it even has the hot blue Jedi chick!

Also you get to kill younglings.

O único contato bom que tive com Star Wars.

This is still one of the best star wars games out there.

A very fun and polished campaign that pulls no punches and is even narratively interesting, the endless joy that is playing galactic conquest over and over and over again with all the different fractions and one of the oh so few multiplayer modes to ever catch my attention.

This little gem is stuffed with such an insane amount of content that it actually beggars belief.

It's honestly hard to imagine for anything like it to come out today, especially as a licensed product.

And it easily blows not only Star Wars Battlefront EA out of the water, but every. single. Star Wars. Game. that. came. out. since. it. got released. itself.

... and that was in 2005. This is by far the best SW Game ... since 2005.

It's actually kinda sad now that I think about it.

The only redeeming quality of the Prequels is that this game wouldn't have existed without them

A game that I'm almost always down to play if asked. I've not found another game that scratches the same massive battle itch. The large selection in maps, vehicles, troops, and even strategies has kept me invested for several years now. Also, galactic conquest has no competitor and even with it's full potential not yet reached, it's a game mode that adds a whole new satisfaction for battling in the worlds of Star Wars.

Battlefront 2 is still my favorite multiplayer shooter. The diversity of content still is unrivaled in 2021. Maps are large but dense with interesting objectives and choke points, the special modes are fun distractions, and the story mode provides an engaging set of fun scenarios. A very complete package, and a game still worth playing

I remember the defending the jedi library mission kicking my ass

the only battlefront game that exists in my mind

A fantastic shooter that still holds up well today, Star Wars Battlefront II truly immerses the player in the most famous battles of the Star Wars Saga. While a bit outdated today gameplay-wise, the game keeps me coming back with its amazing amount of content that allows for an infinite amount of replayability, and its revived online multiplayer on PC has also revived my childhood love for this classic.

I've got the high ground now.

The best Star Wars FPS in my opinion.

This game was so much fun to play with my brother.

Ähnlich schlecht gealtert wie der Vorgänger, dafür aber mit spielbaren Helden und Raumschlachten definitiv eine Steigerung vom Vorgänger.

Não é nostalgia, NÃO É NOSTALGIA

WARNING! If you come from DICE's Battlefront, you may scoff at the crucial features this game is missing. Such as:
Predatory lootboxes
A long grind to unlock flagship Star Wars characters
A waypoint marker telling you what you can & cannot do at all times. Sadly this has freeform battle objectives that let you make your own decisions.
Lack of DLC to make the game feel complete. Unfortunately this game is content rich out of the gate
If you can make it past these shortcomings, Battlefront II is a grand ole' time.

Simplistic and dated, but fun as fuck. Nice maps, and an amazing experience for the Star Wars fan I used to be. I loved the Order 66 mission, the only one I really cared about to be honest, otherwise I'd just play Instant Action.
