This is the second time I've tried to play a simulator game like this on the Switch (CIV 6 being the first) and I can't help but feel like they play much better on a PC. So much easier to navigate all of the menus when a mouse and keyboard. It totally delivers on gameplay and features, just feel like I bought it on the wrong platform.
This is a really fun game, but I'm going to stop playing. Basically, the whole format of the game (Build a hospital from 0 and then build another one from 0) gets really repetitive after the first 5 hospitals. You have to do the same process every time you start a hospital, every hospital adds stuff, but it's not enough to keep the game fresh. Again, it's a really good game, but few people finishes it because of it's length and repetitive nature.

Maybe the only complaint I can find is some levels are excessively difficult and it can be a bit repetitive and overwhelming when you have a sizeable enough hospital, but it's fantastic otherwise.

Very amusing, with an easy to navigate interface and in-game systems that are simple to set up yet challenging to manage. Reminded me a lot of Lionhead's THE MOVIES, where you manage the business from the macro to the person-to-person micro.
Unfortunately, once you realize that none of said elements evolve too much, the desire to progress dips. It's just building bigger versions of hospitals to treat the same comical illnesses. Sometimes there are ghosts, but otherwise it's just more of the same. If you could, say, play a surgery mini-game, or manage workplace relationships among your staff, things would feel more engaging. As is, it's a charming time sink.

Two Point Hospital is pretty self explanatory, you take on the role of a God like hospital manager in a world were diseases are funnier, but not less costly to treat. I say this because it's very hard to go broke in this game, it definitely leans more towards the more casual side of management games, but that's fine, especially considering the tone.
Some of the diseases are very funny too, it's really impressive how many different animations and models there are for all of them. New ones keep being introduced as the game goes on, but all you need for treatment is the proper building and staff so it never gets overwhelming. You can pause at any time too and build all the rooms you want if the need arises.
Overall, I think Two Point Hospital is pretty good. Your mileage may vary because it does get a little repetitive, but I think you would have to be insane to get all the stars in career mode because there are so many. The game is not short on content in that sense.

A fun little sim game, I found some of the criteria challenging but fun regardless, with each new Hospital came a new set of challenges - one thing that really irked me was having to monitor patients movement patterns to detect disease or if they was an alien imposter, that level of micromanagement lowered my enjoyment
I have fond memories of theme hospital despite I'm pretty sure being pretty terrible at it.
I was then overjoyed to hear that they were ressurecting the series, it was nice to know that some devs hadn't forgotten it and wanted more.
I'm....shelving it though....I'm not sure if its that theres too many levels or maybe that the content for the game was more front loaded but in later levels and stars I've been left feeling like I'm just waiting for stuff to happen in fast forward.
Thats not to give the game any less credit or that I've had a bad time with it, if anything I suppose its almost great that theres too much of it, I haven't even bought dlc yet.
I'll probably be back some day, or maybe I won't, but regardless I've loved my time with it and I'm glad its here.
