oddly haired characters make for a great cast and a compeling story

I'm not as interested anymore, but still a fun game. I hope to pickup again when it's done.

its like what i wanted danganronpa to be when i first played it. instead of stupid minigames you use FACTS and LOGIC. the pixel art style is gorgeous and i love the cast. also chapter 2 is like the biggest gut punch in gaming Will Make You Feel Shitty. so good.

i love reko yabusame so much and i truly wish the fans hadnt made me as averse to the game as i currently am

(edit 6/12/21 - heavy spoilers ahead) after having played 3-1b, i'm taking this down half a star. sorry, but we spent four or so hours building up how the dummies are just as human as the rest of them, only to unceremoniously murder them all at the end? and barely anyone reacts to it? then there's how the game is backflipping over itself to keep keiji alive. i went from tolerating to despising him because of this. also, shin's route is a disaster. "let's kill the surviving yabusame and give you two seconds to process it! okay now fight a chimera. itll never be mentioned again."
ranmaru kageyama my poor little meow meow i am SO sorry

A very interesting mystery with very interesting characters! I'm excited for when the next chapter releases.

This game deserves so much more attention, it's such an intriguing and charming visual novel that handles psychological horror amazingly. The characters are all really good (there aren't really any i can say i dislike throughout all 3 parts), the music is surprisingly emotional, the story is full of mystery right from the beginning, the art is SO well-done, etc. I could go on about how amazing this game is for hours, it's that good. By far the best visual novel I've ever played.

At this point the ending could be complete ass and I wouldn't even care. The journey so far has just been so rich, captivating, and emotionally devastating. I don't think I outright dislike a single main character and that's one hell of a feat. Your Turn to Die is one of the best death games and maybe one of the best visual novels I've ever played. I can't believe this is free*. Can't wait for the end of the final chapter to release.

*(Free at the time of review. A paid Steam version has released)

GUYS I had fun reading a book oh my god

Não joguei, assisti a série do Cellbit, mas precisava falar sobre, que jogo magnifico na moral, desenvolvimento muito bom, e um plot q nunca para. Magnifico.

My favorite written death game by far. I love Sara as a protagonist and the unique cast of characters with their personalities. I'm so amazed this game has come so far. It's still going and I'm so excited from how it has destroyed me emotionally.

I'm really interested in what I've played so far. The cast is really strong so far, and its story introduced a lot of mysteries and tension that had me hooked.

Gameplay-wise, this has me intrigued. It's most similar to a Zero Escape game in its tone and escape room format, along with Danganronpa's involving more involved gameplay. It's really engaging.

Haven’t played Chapter 3 yet due to not wanting to be kept on a cliff hanger, but so far what I’ve played is phenomenal and has kept me engaged the entire way through. I love all of the main characters (specifically Sara and Alice) and the gameplay manages to be friendly for those who just want to experience the story while also not being too obvious. Very solid imo

Dá de 10 á zero em Danganronpa, e essa porra foi feita num Game Maker

Your Turn to Die is an amazing horror game that changes the usual trial based murder mystery into a dark game filled with twists, scares, and the game’s direction with chapter 2 (won’t say much to not spoil) is absolutely incredible. This game handles the dark plotlines of loss and trauma very well, which seems to be a common theme in some games I play surprisingly, but this game gets very good and immediately lets you get in on the action from the start. And the OST is very impressive considering it’s a highly simple method of using Garageband loops to make a whole soundtrack. It’s not all that stylish but very effective when creating scenes to add impact. Although something that always put me off in this game was the direction of Kanna’s character, because even though it was handeled well, it could have been much better, and it feels like a lot of it bases around the loss of her sister which we learn when we first meet her. It’s sad and her behavior is completely understandable, but the way the characters treat her and the way most of her character is just based off this one plotline seems very off for some reason. But I mean other than that and some very minor plot holes and things that are said but aren’t really explained, this game is great and has a lot to it, and surprisingly some replay value in chapter 3 and chapter 2, so I do highly recommend you check out this game if you have not already. And I hope the upcoming end of this game explains a lot, because the end of the game is still not finished yet, and I really hope it comes very soon.

incrivelmente esse dangaronpa de baixo orçamento é melhor que o próprio dangaronpa lol

there will never be a greater character in fiction than Gin Ibushi

Would appreciate it if the author put less "fake choices" in their game. No matter what I pick, most of the time the story picks the "actual" answer for me anyway and it's honestly kind of frustrating.
That's my main issue with this game, generally I'm not a big fan of danganronpa and/or dr-inspired games (which this one so clearly is), but for a one-person ftp project it's a somewhat remarkable one. Probably not gonna keep playing though.

Another really good death game with an well written narrative

This game in my opinion is the complete opposite of what I expected for it where I consider the gameplay much more interesting than the story itself, but this does not make the game lacking in this aspect after the way it is told and the relationship of the characters is very well done and interesting, characters like Keiji, Sara and Sou can steal the scene easily making this one of the games I enjoyed playing the most RPG Maker.
