In some instances I've found this even more enjoyable than the Rift Apart game but other than that it's the "same old, same old" game which I've played through with a bit of pain inside me.
Esse jogo é o suco do entreterimento e diversão, os gráficos são bons rodando lisinho a 60 fps, a história dele é boa até, e possui uma boa e grande variedade de armas, muitos inimigos bons, principalmente os bosses (os bosses são MUITO bons realmente).
O capitao qwark sendo o narrador, te ajudando e dizendo o que você ta fazendo no jogo ficou sensacional de bom.
Platina bem tranquila, apenas uma farm de xp será necessaria para upar suas armas.

A decent remake of the original Ratcher, let down somewhat by some unnecessary changes to the story and a bit of a lacklustre arsenal.
The modern graphics and gameplay trump the originals but I still enjoyed those more due to it's nostalgic feel and a nice character arc for Ratchet. They also changed up Chairmen Drek which I disliked a bit, in this reimaging he's much more on the side, the voice actor and new design also aren't as good. The final boss fight is different and made way easier Ryno or not , I did enjoy the challenge of the original but the overall set design of this new boss fight is pretty cool, its very action packed. The card system was a nice little touch.
I really don't know what more to say about it, it was just a fun time. I don't see myself coming back to this game over the originals other than to platinum it. If people want to try the series I again suggest to start with the originals but I do think this game is still worth playing.

It's okay. I don't think it does much to make it better than the original game that it's remaking other than looking really nice. I'm really not a fan of the game being tied into the movie. Having random cutscenes just be scenes from the movie is jarring... and it doesn't help that the movie isn't good.
Divertidillo juego de plataformas tridimensionales que tiene en el combate la parte más satisfactoria... hasta que termina repitiéndose un poco. Sobre todo cuando la variedad de escenarios termina derivando, siempre, hacia el pasilleo dentro de una estructura. A destacar la diversidad de armas disponibles.

Ratchet and clank is a good 3D platformer. 3D platformers are one of my all time favorite genres, and this one is solid. The platforming itself is pretty mid, and the story isn't anything special either. This game really shines in its combat and weapons. The amount of choice you have in combat is extremely vast, there are sooooo many unique weapons that are really fun to use. The enemy variation is decent, the bosses are fun, I really like the main characters. Overall this game is not amazing but its just a good game nothing much about it. 7/10

To say I had a lot of apprehensions before starting the game would be an understatement. I knew the bad reputation it got since 2016 and I was ready to dislike the game but well I had quite a pleasant surprise.
To be clear from the start, story wise it's a complete fail and clearly the worst main game of the franchise except for one thing. What the game does right is the treatment of Qwark which is WAY more interesting and relevant than what has been done with the character since R&C3. Making him jealous of Ratchet because he is a real hero and making him insecure is a great thing that I would have liked happened in the main storyline but it might be too late now to introduce it in the series and make it relevant given how stupid they made him. For the rest it's a complete disaster, Ratchet lose his selfish side he had in the first game (which 2016 remakes) that was what made the first game interesting, Ratchet becoming a hero thanks to Clank influencing him to be a better person was cool. I believed in the friendship of Ratchet and Clank because it was built in bitterness and discord. Here they never argue and this link to one of the main problem of the game which is Clank being USELESS and having no personalities at all he is just a jetpack and nothing else, completely irrelevant to the story. Which is funny considering the fact ACiT ended with Ratchet asserting that Clank is his friend and not his acolyte, they are a duo not a hero and his sidekick. Still on the thing I didn't like about the story is the the new characters. I don't mind erasing characters to add new ones but make it at least relevant, creating cool new designs for Brax, Victor and Cora just for them to be irrelevant to the story is useless, just put the Qwark Force Team if you don't do anything with the new characters. And last but not least, they completely erased what made Nefarious a pretty cool villain, first thing being is human design that is way less cool than his robot one. And to add to that what was cool with Nefarious (and said in the games directly) is that he was a genius but also a complete bufoon with stupid goals and stupid backstory while also being a looser. Here he juste became a random mad scientist you can find in any piece of media. So yeah that's basically it story wise. The staging is really cool and the graphic update helps it a lot by feeling way more dynamic.
Gameplay wise it's also a juge improvement, maybe even bigger than what TOD was when enterring the PS3 era.

fuck this shit man; they really turned the original game into EXACTLY what it was making fun of, but at least the pixelizer is cool and the whole thing's pretty to look at i guess

Ratchet & clank é um ótimo jogo plataforma e muito divertido, a gameplay é boa e as bossfight são divertidas, tudo aqui funciona bem, não a nada que seja terrível nesse jogo
A super fun cartoon platformer. I can see why this was popular back in the day. Only critique was the jump from cutscene to gameplay was super janky and sudden. Could just be a product of the time.
